Theology:
- God is with His people
- God forgives us from any sin when we turn to Him
- God uses His great power to help His people do what He calls them to do
Anthropology:
- God's presence with His people causes His people to...
- - Not be worried or afraid in very hard situations
- - Be strong & courageous in doing what He calls us to
- It is vital that let God's Word change how we speak, act, & think
- We should meditate (fill our minds with) on God's word
- Our actions are the evidence of a true faith in God
- - “By faith Rahab the prostitute received the spies in peace and didn’t perish with those who disobeyed.” Hebrews 11:31 HCSB
- - “…Wasn’t Rahab the prostitute also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out by a different route?” James 2:25 HCSB
- It is wise to use physical things to remind us of God and His works
